5 Frugal Winter DIYs That Are Quick & Easy

Now that all the Christmas decorations have been put away, it’s time to transition your home to winter. Check out these 5 frugal winter DIYs that are quick and easy to make!

Christmas has come and gone and a new year has begun. Thank goodness for a new year and a fresh start!

I have started a devotional by Beth Moore this year and at the beginning of the book she talks about fresh starts. I love how she says that not only does God give us a fresh start of a new year, but He also separates the year into 12 fresh starts. But there’s more! We also get 4 new fresh starts within those 12 and 7 fresh starts within those 4!

Every day is a fresh start! No matter what your day looks like, you get to crawl in bed at night and look forward to a fresh start with each sunrise.

Since Christmas is over and all the decorations are being put away, it’s time to transition our homes to winter decor. (Don’t tell anyone, but my Christmas decorations are still up!)

In this post I’m sharing some quick and easy frugal winter DIYs to give you some inspiration. Keep reading!

Wood Bead Snowmen

What’s winter without snowmen? These adorable wood bead snowmen can be placed in bowls or hung up just about anywhere. They’re so easy to make, which makes them one of my favorite frugal winter DIYs.

Primitive Wreath

Honestly, primitive wreaths can be left up all year. They’re small enough that you can put them just about anywhere. I think they are so pretty hanging on smaller cabinet doors or from an ornament display stand. Just change up the fabric color and pattern to fit the seasons!

Rustic Snowflake

Another one of my favorite frugal winter DIYs is making rustic snowflakes out of clothespins. These are so easy to make and so much fun! And of course snowflakes are the perfect winter decoration.

Farmhouse Jars

Farmhouse jars are another easy DIY that can be left out all year. Just grab a few glass milk jars from Dollar Tree and paint them white. They can be used as vases and the flowers can be changed out for the season.

Winter Wreath

One of my favorite winter wreaths is this one made by my friend Christine who blogs over at Pallet and Pantry. I love the idea of adding the gloves! How creative!! And you’ll never guess what she used to make it!
