Looking for the perfect after school snack? These pizza pockets are quick and easy to make and delicious, too!
Sometimes I need a quick lunch idea or a quick snack to make for my starving tween daughter. Lunches can get kind of boring around my house since usually it’s a quick sandwich and some chips. Some days I actually take the time to preheat the oven for a corndog or two.
Pizza pockets solve the boring lunch problem and also make the perfect quick and easy snack!
Jump to RecipePreheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lay the pizza dough out and roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into 6 slices.
Add about a Tablespoon of pizza sauce to each square.
On top of the sauce, layer the cheese and the pepperoni slices. You can also add some oregano, too.
Fold the pizza dough over to make a triangle and seal the edges with a fork. (I didn’t seal mine with a fork so mine turned into a mess. Oops!)
Bake the pizza pockets for about 15 minutes or so, or until golden brown.
Now you have a quick and easy recipe to add to your weekly menu! These pizza pockets are so good and kid approved! You can add whatever toppings you would like and in about 20 minutes you’ve got yourself a delicious meal.
What other toppings would you add?

Thanks for the yummy recipe!
You're very welcome! Thank you!
Looks yummy, I would add a bunch of mushrooms to mine. My kids hated mushrooms when little but now they like them, I used to sneak in finely chopped veggies under their cheese on their pizzas. Thanks for the recipe.
Adding mushrooms is a great idea! If I make these again I'll add green peppers and onions. :)
Looks delish! These would be great appetizers for those 'unexpected' guests too! I would definitely have to put on this sweet Italian sausage we get at our local butcher shop for shop for sure! Thanks for sharing!
They would make a great appetizer since they are so quick and easy. :) I bet the Italian sausage would be really good on them, too!

Super duper yummy I bet! I was a big fan of Hot Pockets when I was younger for a quick snack.
Me, too! The ham and cheddar were always my favorite until I discovered the Philly Steak and Cheese ones. :)
I usually went for the standard pepperoni pizza one, but I do remember liking the ham & cheese too. Never had the Philly Cheese Steak!
Yum!
Thank you so much!! :)
