Cake Mix Fudge Crinkle Cookies are so easy and quick to make. Not only are they perfect for any occasion, they also make a wonderful homemade gift! You have to try these melt-in-your-mouth delicious cookies today!
Chocolate. I just cannot help myself when it comes to chocolate! I think I may have a serious problem. I’m pretty much addicted. But it’s just so good!
And so are these cake mix fudge crinkle cookies!
Have you ever had a chocolate lava cake? Those little chocolate cakes with warm gooey chocolate that ooze out of the middle when you cut into them? Basically Heaven on a plate. Well, these cookies taste almost exactly like a lava cake without the flowing chocolate.
I promise you these cookies are super easy to make. You only need a few ingredients to make these cookies and take under 15 minutes to bake.
Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In large bowl, stir dry cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla with spoon until dough forms.
Refrigerate dough 15 to 30 minutes, or as needed for easier handling. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. On an ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart. (I am absolutely in love with my Rachel Ray nonstick cookie pans. I have had them for years and use them often. They are still nonstick and still look almost new!)
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
There you go! A quick and super easy recipe to cure your chocolate craving!
These cake mix fudge crinkle cookies are to die for!
I usually make these cookies for Christmas every year, but I really need to start making them more often. They have become my favorite cookies!

look delish beyond words; I love cakey cookies. Are these the same thing as “brookies”?
Thank you, Erica! They aren't really the same because you use cake mix instead of brownie mix and cookie mix. But now I want to try those! :D
I want them all!
